The studio was always kept clean with daily cleaning and fresh towels. It had a small kitchenette with electric rings, fridge, and microwave. The beach nearby, Praia de Falasia, is stunning and stretches for miles. Access to the sauna, jacuzzi, and...

Location near the beach
The room was on 3rd floor without elevator, very old, not very well-cared. In this time of the year the AC would be desirable. We know that the price wasn't very expensive but this kind of rooms aren't a good publicity to the hotel.

The balcony and the view from it, are very nice and really makes you feel 100% in vacation mode.
A microwave would be a good investment, the beds aren't good, as well as the rest of the furniture which is indecently old.

Directions were sketchy. We stopped and asked pedestrians and restaurant personnel before finally getting the general location. No indication is given on the booking confirmation that registration takes place in another building, which also gives no indication of its involvement with algarve gardens. We were not told the accommodation was in a tower block and when we finally reached the studio apartment found it extremely dated, with creaky, uncomfortable beds. The duvet was far too warm. I tried to sleep under the top cover only but it was polyester and kept slipping off. One very flat pillow was insufficient but the main building too far away to request another. It was simply a one night stay so the cooking facilities were unimportant. Bathroom very dated. Tv at least 20 years old!

The location of the hotel was great. It was situated close to a beautiful private beach, and there were plenty of local restaurants and a mini market within walking distance. The swimming pool and grounds of the hotel were also impressive and well-maintained.
Although the location was great, the villa itself was a bit rundown and in need of some updates. The bedding was a bit old and the kitchen had a musty smell.

First of all, the villas were huge, providing ample space for me and my group. This was especially important as we were traveling during Easter and wanted a comfortable place to relax and unwind. the location was fantastic. Being close to the beach allowed us to enjoy the beautiful coastline and spend our days soaking up the sun. the villa's private access to the beach made it convenient to go for a swim or take a leisurely stroll along the shore. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price we paid for our stay. It was definitely a great value for the amenities and location offered.
It's important to note that the interior of the villas was a bit dated and not well maintained. The furnishings and equipment could use an upgrade, and the cleanliness left something to be desired.

The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast offered was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

It's right next to the most beautiful beach I have ever seen and also has easy access to beach restaurants and shopping. The beach itself is long and sandy, perfect for long walks in the morning. some reviews mention that the hotel has extensive gardens, a lovely pool area, and a private section of the beach.
One aspect of the hotel seems to be lacking - some reviews mention that the rooms are in need of refurbishment.
